Who is behind alchimie yoga?
Donna is a yoga professional with 15 years’ experience, more than 600 hours formal training and nearly 600 more in continuing education. She is currently a Student Yoga Therapist utilizing the principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being. What brings Donna to this work? She understands first hand the powerful role yoga played in changing the direction of her physical and mental health, healing and transforming her physical body and her mind when doctors across four states and the District of Columbia said her condition was "permanent." |
